Description: Neoendo Retreatment NiTi Rotary Files are advanced dental instruments designed for the efficient and precise removal of existing root canal fillings during endodontic retreatment procedures. Crafted with precision and innovation, these rotary files are part of the Neoendo system, offering dental professionals a reliable solution for addressing failed root canal treatments.

Key Features:

  1. Nickel Titanium (NiTi) Construction: Neoendo Retreatment Files are constructed from high-quality Nickel Titanium (NiTi), a material known for its flexibility, resistance to cyclic fatigue, and superior cutting efficiency. This construction enables efficient removal of existing root canal fillings with reduced risk of instrument separation.
  2. Specialized Blade Design: The files feature a specialized blade design optimized for retreatment procedures. The cutting flutes and tips are engineered to effectively engage and remove gutta-percha, sealers, and other materials used in previous root canal treatments.
  3. Color-Coded Identification: Neoendo employs a color-coded system for easy identification of file sizes. This simplifies the workflow for endodontic practitioners, allowing for efficient selection and utilization of the appropriate files during retreatment procedures.

Benefits:

  1. Efficient Removal of Filling Materials: The NiTi construction and specialized blade design ensure efficient removal of existing root canal fillings, including gutta-percha and sealers. This is essential for preparing the root canal for retreatment and addressing cases of failed endodontic therapy.
  2. Reduced Risk of Instrument Separation: The flexibility and fatigue resistance of NiTi contribute to a reduced risk of instrument separation during retreatment procedures. This enhances the safety and success of the retreatment process.
  3. Simplified Workflow: The color-coded system facilitates a simplified workflow, allowing practitioners to quickly and accurately identify the file sizes needed for each unique case. This contributes to a more organized and efficient retreatment process.

Retreatment Files are used with a gentle touch, the files are never forced, and always the recommended speed and torque setting are used. The file is used in a circumferential filing motion. The files are always cleaned in – between and inspected for any deformation. It is used until all the gutta-percha is removed from the canal.

Key Specification

  • SPEED: 350 rpm
  • TORQUE: 1.5 NCm

Pack of 3 Files:

  • 1 x N1 (30/9%) File-16mm
  • 1 x N2 (25/8%) File-18mm
  • 1 x N3 (20/7%) File-25mm

Features

  • Used with a gentle touch
  • Recommended speed and torque setting is used
  • Used in circumferential filing motion

PRECAUTIONS & MAINTENANCE:

  • Use Retreatment Files with a gentle touch, never force the file and always use the recommended speed and torque setting. Use the file in a circumferential filing motion.
  • Always clean the files in between and inspect for any deformation.
  • Use until all the gutta-percha is removed from the canal.

Direction To Use

  • Prepare the access cavity and locate the canal orifice. Remove gutta-percha from coronal parts using hand files. If required fill the chamber with gutta-percha solvent to soften it. Follow the crown-down sequence for effective removal of obturation material.
  • Step 1 – After initial removal of obturation material from the orifice, use N1 file to remove gutta-percha from coronal one-third.
  • Step 2 – Use the N2 file to remove the gutta-percha from the middle one-third.
  • Step 3 – Use the N3 file to remove the gutta-percha from apical one-third.
